This Privacy Policy explains how VisualNest AI (“VisualNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application, website, and related AI creation services (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Use. If a feature displays an additional privacy notice, that notice also applies to the information processed through that feature.
1. Scope and our role
This Policy applies to information processed in connection with the Service. It does not govern a third party’s independent product, website, or service. When you direct VisualNest to send content to an AI, hosting, storage, platform, or delivery provider, that provider may process the content on our behalf or under its own terms, as disclosed for the relevant feature.
2. Information we process
Account and session information
The app may establish a guest session and receive a service user identifier. We may process a persistent device identifier, user identifier, login state, and an email address if you choose to provide or bind one.
Device and technical information
To connect, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the Service, we may process app version, device type, brand and model, operating-system information, language, country or region, network status, distribution channel, timestamps, and diagnostic or error information.
Prompts, uploads, and face imagery
We process prompts, filenames, file types and sizes, photos, images, videos, and other material you intentionally submit. When you use face replacement, the source media and target face image are processed to complete that request. Unless a feature-specific notice says otherwise, the purpose of this processing is content transformation—not identifying who a person is.
Creation and service activity
We may process generation parameters, task identifiers, processing status, queue position, output links, generated images or videos, creation history, save and retry actions, and deletion requests. This data helps us complete requests, show progress, deliver results, and maintain history you can access.
Support and communications
If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any information you include. The app may help prefill support context such as the app name, version, device identifier, and account identifier.
Information stored on your device
The app uses local storage for settings and session data such as language, user identifier, email, feature state, creation-related preferences, and content you have reported. Some local information can remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
3. Device permissions
- Camera: requested when you choose to capture material for a creation.
- Photos or media: requested when you choose an existing image or save a generated result.
- Network access: used to authenticate sessions, upload material, submit generation jobs, and receive results.
- Notifications: may be requested where a supported version offers generation or service updates.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. A feature may not work if the permission it needs is disabled.
4. How and why we use information
We use information to:
- create and maintain sessions, provide requested AI generations, upload material, and deliver outputs;
- show templates, history, job status, and relevant product settings;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and investigate technical or safety issues;
- diagnose errors and improve reliability, usability, and generation quality;
- respond to support, privacy, and legal requests; and
- comply with applicable law and protect users, VisualNest, and others.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our agreement with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. International processing
Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this Policy.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including completing generation requests, presenting requested history, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by data type, feature settings, provider requirements, and applicable law.
You may delete supported items from creation history in the app. To request deletion of account-related information or other personal information, email us. Deleting an item from the visible history may not immediately remove temporary copies, backups, logs, or information a provider must retain for security or legal reasons.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited by law.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and do not send highly sensitive or confidential material unless it is necessary for your request.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age applies where required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated Policy.
